Delegates Summers and Householder move to concur in the Senate amendment with further amendment on page one of the amendment, by striking out the section heading and inserting in lieu thereof an article heading and a section heading to read as follows:

“ARTICLE 9G. TOBACCO CESSATION INITIATIVE.

§16-9G-1. Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Task Force.”;

            On page two of the amendment, section one, line thirty, following the words “Behavioral Health”, by striking out the forward slash and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon;

            And,

On page two of the amendment, section one, line thirty-one, by striking out the “(2)” and inserting in lieu thereof the paragraph designation “(I)”.
